About

I graduated from Lesley College with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.  I enjoy learning and pursuing continuing education to bring new insights, strategies and tools to my clients.  Over the last 20 years, I have worked in a variety of settings with children, adolescents and adults.  Early in my career, I worked in a school-based program providing therapy for children with special needs and learning challenges, including those on the Autism Spectrum.  For most of my career, I was in private practice in a collaborative setting with other mental health professionals.

I have experience counseling clients from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, grief and gender identity.  Mental health is an integral part of our overall health and wellbeing.  Therapy can be an empowering experience where you discover how to lead a fuller and more satisfying life.
